To make sure your request is received and actioned, all power faults, electrical emergencies and other services related to Endeavour Energy’s electrical network and assets must be reported using our approved channels:
This includes requests relating to vegetation management, streetlights and repairs following work on our network.
We do not monitor or accept reports submitted through third party apps, websites or social media.
Reports lodged outside our approved channels may not reach us and will not be actioned.
If your request is not managed by Endeavour Energy, we will let you know and provide the correct contact details so your matter can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Please contact your energy retailer directly, if you need assistance with reconnecting your power after moving in, or after being disconnected due to non-payment.
